FINAL SALE POLICY 

Due to the physical nature of our products/offerings, all the aggregate materials (soil, mulch, gravel, rock, sand, etc.) sold/procured from Chatt Soil are considered “FINAL SALE” and are non-returnable nor exchangeable. Additionally, NO REFUNDS are permitted, except with respect to any statutory warranties or guaranties that cannot be excluded or limited by law.  

**Under no circumstances will Chatt Soil, or its affiliates, pick up delivered material. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, our team will work with you directly to identify a viable Corrective Action (as defined below).** 

 

CORRECTIVE ACTION(S) 

In the event that you are unsatisfied in any way with your experience, Chatt Soil  will work with you directly to discuss a corrective action free of charge. To be eligible for a corrective action, the issue with service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about or situations where the incorrect materials were selected by the consumer during the order process.  

In case of such disagreements or concerns, please be aware that you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact our Team to address them. Corrective actions will not be provided more than 7 days after the initial service date.  

To ensure your satisfaction, it is imperative that you contact our staff, via one of the methods provided above as soon as you are aware of any discrepancies/concerns with your order and provide us with the opportunity to resolve your complaint.
