As customers ourselves, it can be incredibly daunting to find the right soil, mulch, or rock for your project(s)- so our team has worked tirelessly to do it for you! We have identified and vetted the TOP PROVIDERS in the area and are ecstatic to facilitate their delivery in a timely and efficient manner.

WHO WE ARE
It is important to understand that we are NOT manufactures, processors, or transporters- the execution of your order, and its delivery, is completed by one of our materials partners. Chatt Soil is an electronic order platform that seamlessly connects users with premium offerings from providers in the metropolitan Chattanooga area. They alone are responsible for transporting the goods to your delivery location and will do everything feasible to safely place the materials in a location conducive to your needs and situation.
WHAT WE DO
As solution brokers, Chatt Soil, and its representatives, process the order and assign it to a provider best suited to efficiently deliver the materials you need. Our team is responsible for receiving your order, processing payment, and assigning it to one of our partners for fulfillment; based on item and logistical availability.
EXPECTATIONS, MANAGED
Since we neither own nor house any of the materials offered on the Chatt Soil platform, there may be situations which effect your delivery; examples include, but are not limited to:
- Product Availability
- Logistical Constraints
- Inclement Weather
RESOLUTION OF FRICTION
In the event of an issue/problem/etc. a member of the Chatt Soil team will contact you swiftly and promptly- providing constant communication of the concern while offering viable alternative solutions. Your time and resource allocation are incredibly important to our team, and we promise to work diligently to ensure that your needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.
REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY
ORDERS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS OF BOOKED DELIVERY DATE/TIME ARE SUBJECT TO A LOGISTICS FEE OF $75 OR 15% WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
WILL ORDERS CANCELLED UP TO 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY DATE/TIME WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUNDS.
